This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is applicable to everyone who uses “the Service”, including the application, website and services performed as a part of the application or website. This Privacy Policy deals with the method and purpose of collection of information by InCuberMax before, during and after your use of the Service. This Privacy Policy also applies if someone else uses the Service on your behalf. If any word or phrase has been defined within the Terms and Conditions, but has not been defined within this Privacy Policy, that word / phrase will have the meaning that has been assigned to it in the Terms and Conditions.

What type of personal information do we collect?

We may collect the following information from you:
1. IncuberMax does not collect any information from your device without your explicit consent.
2. Information that you choose to provide to us on our ‘Contact Us’ section or in the course of communication with our staff via email, phone calls.
or otherwise, shall be collected by us. This may include your name, email address, mobile number, country and any other information that you provide to us, including any other personally identifiable information provided by you.
3. None of the user data type are shared with any third party libraries or SDKs used in the app. None of the user details or data is transferred from Incubermax server to any third party server. There is no use of any web view inside of Incubermax app, which used to transfer user data to any other third party server or applications.

How is personal information used?

The personal information collected from you shall be used for specific purposes only and shall only pertain to any contracts entered into between us. The Personal Information collected from you shall be used to improve customer service and support services, to personalize users experience, to improve the Service, to process payments or refunds, to send regular e-mails, to conduct contests, surveys, promotions, or for any other purpose specified at the time of collection of the information.
Your Personal Information shall be kept confidential and shall not be used for any other reason except for reasons clearly specified in this Privacy Policy.

IncuberMax is a company registered in India. We store data on AWS servers located in India. We will retain Information for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. The criteria used to determine our retention periods include:
(a) The length of time we have an ongoing relationship with you and provide the Service to you (for example, for as long as you keep using our Service);
(b) Whether you would reasonably expect us to retain your data until you ask us to delete it;
(c) Whether there is a legal obligation to which we are subject to (for example, certain laws may require us to keep records of your transactions for a certain period of time before we can delete them);
(d) Whether retention is advisable considering our legal position (for example, for statutes of limitations, legal disputes or regulatory investigations).

As the first line of defence against unwanted intrusions against your personal information, we avoid collecting your personal information wherever possible. The information that is collected by us is protected with strict access controls.

(a) We do not store any PII data from customers. All the data are encrypted and secured in our database.
(b) No data is shared with any third party from our system
